Upcoming Events: Appraisal Summit and ACTS
Two national gatherings are worth putting on the calendar. Both are run by the National Association of Appraisers and both carry continuing education credit.
2026 Appraisal Summit — Las Vegas
October 31 – November 3, 2026
Planet Hollywood Resort and Casino, Las Vegas
The Summit brings appraisers, AMCs, lenders and regulators together for four days of sessions on valuation practice, technology, and the direction of the profession. Up to 28 hours of continuing education are available, and around 350 people attend. Several ARCOA members go each year.
Registration is open on the NAA member portal, where the full pricing list and schedule are posted. Trainee rates are lower than the standard rate, so trainees should check before registering.
ACTS — the Appraiser’s Conference and Trade Show
April 20 – 23
DoubleTree, Colorado Springs, Colorado
ACTS is the NAA’s spring conference. Details are on the NAA website.
ARCOA is the state-level coalition for Arkansas appraisers; the NAA is the national organisation. NAA membership is separate from ARCOA membership, and many appraisers belong to both.
