Jim Pedigo

Jim Pedigo is a resident of Little Rock and holds Certified Residential Appraiser licenses in both Arkansas and Texas. He serves as a Director of the Arkansas Coalition of Appraisers (ARCOA), representing the lender perspective. Jim is currently the Residential Real Estate Appraisal Manager for Bank OZK, where he manages all aspects of the appraisal process across the bank’s six-state footprint.

Over his 27-year career as an appraiser, Jim has operated his own appraisal businesses in both Houston and Dallas, trained new appraisers who continue to work in the industry today, managed a group of review appraisers contracted to Chase Bank, and spent eight years as a Review Appraiser and Subject Matter Expert at Fannie Mae in Dallas.

Jim is also a member of the Association of Texas Appraisers and believes the time is right for Arkansas appraisers to come together and support ARCOA, which he believes will strengthen the appraisal profession here in the Diamond State.
