She earned a Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Science from Oklahoma State University, with a focus in Agricultural Real Estate Appraisal. Her agricultural education and hands-on understanding of rural properties and agricultural operations provide a strong foundation for evaluating properties influenced by agricultural use, land characteristics, and operational considerations.

Megan is an independent appraiser and co-owner of Stateline Appraisals with her husband.
